Requirements:
- BS, MS, or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related technical field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- Interest in forensic analysis, failure investigation, and technical consulting
- For Construction Defect experts: General Contractors License, registered architect credential, or licensed civil/structural engineering certification
