He has extensive experience in failure analysis of electrical and mechanical systems, metallurgy, and the mechanical and electrical properties of materials. He specializes in forensic inspections, code analysis, developing scopes of repair and cost estimates, and analyzing construction defect claims. His extensive background includes owning construction companies and managing complex projects with budgets exceeding $5,000,000.

Jimmie is a lead expert in Fire Origin & Cause investigations and Professional Liability. He is experienced in fire investigations involving wildfires, vehicles, property and products, with substantial deposition and trial experience.
